Fresh Bagels, made Right
Not all bagels are created equal.
We follow tradition: no shortcuts, no steaming, no machines. Just real ingredients, hand-formed dough, and a proper boil before the bake. Our bagels are chewy, golden, and unforgettable—because real ones are boiled before they're baked.
Start with Real Dough

We mix our dough from scratch, using just a few simple ingredients—high-gluten flour, water, sugar, salt, yeast. It's all about texture, flavor, and that unmistakable homemade magic.
Perfect Portions, Every Time

After the dough rests, we cut and weigh each piece to make sure every bagel bakes up just right—chewy on the inside, crisp on the outside.
Roll with It

Each portion is hand-rolled into a smooth dough ball. It's the start of something beautiful... and bagel-y.
Shape that Signature Look

There's more than one way to make a bagel, but we use the classic method: punch a hole, roll it out, seal the ends. Always by hand. Always with intention.
Rest is Part of the Process

We let our bagels rise slowly in a cool fridge overnight. This step builds deeper flavor and helps each one hold its shape during the boil
The Boil Makes It Real

A quick bath in hot water gives our bagels that crisp, chewy crust and rich color. It's the step most skipped, but the one that makes all the difference.
Top It Off

Everything. Sesame. Garlic & Sea Salt. We hand-press each topping right after the boil so they stick and stay put through the bake.
Into the Oven They Go

Our bagels bake on parchment-lined trays in a hot convection oven, giving them their signature golden crust and chewy center. It's the final step in the journey, and it's worth every minute.
Bagels Worth Waking Up For

Fresh, chewy, handmade bagels—ready to pair with schemer, sandwich fillings, or just eaten warm from the oven. You've never had a bagel like this.
