The leaves are changing, and so are we! As always, we’re incredibly grateful for your support and enthusiasm for our bagels and coffee. We've got some exciting updates for you this month as we inch closer to opening our brick-and-mortar location and prepare for the shift to the indoor market season.
Brick & Mortar Updates
The work on our brick-and-mortar café is officially in full swing, and we couldn't be more excited! From the fresh paint on the walls to finalizing the perfect layout for serving up your favorite bagels and coffee, every step brings us closer to opening our doors. We can’t wait to welcome you into our new home, where the coffee will be fresh, and the vibes will be just right. Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes peeks as we continue to build Good Judys Espresso & Bagel Bar!
Join our team
As our plans for opening the café take shape, we’re looking to grow our team! We’ve posted open positions for assistant managers, baking assistants, and baristas / sandwich makers. Currently, we anticipate that Good Judys Espresso & Bagel Bar will be opening from 7:00AM to 4:00PM (Monday through Friday) and 8:00AM to 4:00PM (Saturday and Sunday). Some shifts, such as Assistant Managers and/or Baking Assistants may have shifts starting as early as 4:00AM. This is a new business, so being open to a changing work environment is a must as we create a functioning and successful café. If you or someone you know is interested in joining the Good Judys family, keep an eye out—we’d love to have you on board to help us make this dream come true!

Farmers Market Transition
As the season begins to wind down at the outdoor Urbana Market at the Square, we wanted to let you know that the bagel goodness doesn’t stop! Starting in November, we’ll be joining the Champaign-Urbana Winter Farmers Market in Lincoln Square Mall to keep serving you all winter long. Come find us, grab your favorite bagels, and shop some of our new merchandise as the colder months settle in.
